Yes, provided the seasonal has paid their non-refundable deposit which is due Oct 1st. Returning seasonal campers can leave their trailer over the winter.
A few of our seasonal sites have 50 amp hookup, but most of our sites have a minimum of 30 amps. Most trailers can run comfortably off of 30 amps just running one air conditioner. Unless its off grid, each site has power and water. However, not every site has a holding tank on site, its good to inquire if this is a deal breaker for you.
